Local orders are shipped within a day or two of order placement. Orders within Colombo are delivered within two working days. The estimated delivery time for out-of-Colombo orders is approximately three working days and you can obtain your tracking number by emailing your order details and placing the request at info@hellofellowstore.com.

Parcels for international orders are assembled the same day or morning after order placement and picked up by the agent of our designated courier company as soon as possible. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for international parcels may vary depending on order content and destination country, please email us at info@hellofellowstore.com for more details and note that provided rates are subject to additional charges depending on the number of items, item sizes, and the total weight of the parcel. Once the agent of our designated courier company picks up the parcel, your tracking number will be provided.

STORE PICKUPS


You can choose to order and pay online, and pick up at any of our stores. Store Pickup orders will be ready for collection within two days.
